The BIOHRM (Biometric Attendance System) is used to keep a records of attendance and is used to generating a report for individual employee, department wise attendance report. DoICT installs and maintains Finger impression and Face recognition machines for employee attendance. The system is fully controlled by administrator about the employee profile, employee information employee attendance. The administrator can add new employee, add new staff, view staff and employee and view the employee attendance report. Employee is punching attendance two times, at office coming time and office out time, these employee attendance data has been saved in the BIOHRM SYSTEM. This system will also help in evaluating attendance eligibility criteria of an employee.
